The terms and conditions (T&Cs) set out on this page must be agreed to by you (the visitor) in order to access or use the Hardwire Digital website (www.hardwiredigitaluk.com).

Who are we?

Hardwire Digital is a digital solutions company based in the south east of England. Established in 2024 Hardwire Digital prides itself on providing bespoke high-quality services to all clients. The company provides many different services all of which are completed professionally and with extreme accuracy. The services Hardwire Digital provides are website development, marketing, digital management and graphic design.

Using the Hardwire Digital website

The Hardwire Digital website (hardwiredigitaluk.com) must only be used for lawful purposes and intentions. You must not in any way do the following. Inhibit the access or use of the website. Use software to gain access or disrupt the website in any way. Failure to comply with these terms will void your use of our website and you will be prosecuted and the appropriate authorities will be informed.

Disclaimer

We do everything we can to make sure our website is up to date, correct and accessible however we cannot propose any warranty or guarantee that everything on our website is correct and up to date. We cannot guarantee that our website is 100% free from any bugs, glitches or mistakes.

Hardwire Digital Contact form

The contact forms on the Hardwire Digital website are not owned by Hardwire Digital and we use a provider which gives us the right to use the forms. This means you must agree to the terms and conditions set out on the Cognito Forms website (https://www.cognitoforms.com/) Failure to do this hinders your use of all contact forms on our website.

Copyrighted content on our website

All content on the Hardwire Digital website is owned by us and we have full rights to all content shown on our website. This means if you wish to use, own or obtain licensing rights to images, files, videos or designs you must have valid, written permission by Hardwire Digital which expresses we give full rights and usage to you in regards to using our content. Hiring us

When hiring us you must sign a copy of our “Contract of service agreement” in order for us to work with you. This means you must Sign the agreement with your name as shown on the document

  • The document must have the correct date shown where it states, this date must be the same date and time of which you signed the agreement.
  • Your name and date must be visible and must be able to be read clearly.
  • You must also write your initials as stated on the document
  • If you do not sign the document correctly for example, no initials are submitted or your name cannot be read it will mean the contract is void and we may ask you to sign another copy. This contract also states that you agree to the terms of our website and the terms related to the service provided to you.

    Deadlines

    We cannot guarantee we will be able to meet your satisfied deadline. This means we may not be able to agree to a specific set timeframe of which our service will be fulfilled and completed due to unforeseen errors that could occur or if we need to carry out further work. We will not be held liable for any disruption to your business, sales or performance due to this as we may not be able to complete the project in your preferred deadline.

    Void contracts

    Any contract agreements of which are signed by both us (the company) and you (the client) become void for any reason we may not work with you in the future and any ongoing projects will be canceled and you will not get a refund. A void contract means

  • The signatures are forged, damaged or unrecognizable.
  • The terms and conditions in both the contract and the company terms and conditions are not followed to our expectations.
  • Refunds

    Our solutions and services are non-refundable and we cannot process any refunds when the work is completed. We will only submit a refund if you have overpaid us.

    Deposits

    Depending on the size of the project we will always ask for a deposit of 50% before we start any work. This protects both us and you. Any deposits made will be noted and you will only have to pay the remaining balance once our work is completed. The deposit will appear on the invoice we send you and it will be deducted from the final price.

    Paying us

    We work on a bank transfer basis. This means all deposits of payments must be sent to our bank account. Our details will be provided when we require a deposit and when we have completed our work. We will never ask for your bank details unless you have overpaid us.

    Your privacy

    Our privacy policy is taken very seriously and we have created a very strict policy to protect your information. We will never ask for personal passwords, access to bank accounts, addresses (unless business locations), staff personal information. We never send any of your private information to any third-party companies or agencies. After we have completed our work we delete any personal information we may have access to.

    Third Party links

    We cannot control any third-party websites and the content within. We will only use safe and trusted third-party companies if ever we need to. We make sure all companies we partner with have a secure and legit website and the policies within. We cannot be held liable for any content you may see on the website of the third-party company.

    What we expect from you

    When working with us we expect you to communicate with us in a respectful manner and we will void any contracts if we feel you are disrespectful or causing any issues regarding abusive language or actions. We may report you to the police if we feel it’s a legal matter.

    Access to your project

    Before the final payment has been paid into our account we will only show you samples of your project. Once the payment has gone through we will hand everything over to you and we will give you a detailed tour on how to manage your project.

    Removal of credit

    If you are a website development client and wish to remove our credit from the bottom of your website ("website by Hardwire Digital") we will require a £200 removal of credit fee. Please note this will not remove your website from our portfolio.
